Regulations on fire prevention and fighting at the Vietnamese social insurance agencies

The fire prevention and fighting regulations at the Vietnam Social Security office are as follows:

Article 1. Fire prevention and fighting is the duty and responsibility of all officials and public employees, contract laborers of the Vietnam Social Security (BHXH) office; management staff and workers belonging to contract units working at the headquarters of Vietnam Social Security: Support Service Center, Customer Care Center, Information Technology Center, Social Security Office Building Management Board, Office Canteen, and visitors on duty.

Article 2. It is strictly forbidden to use flammable substances such as fire, cooking, and smoking in warehouses and places where fire is prohibited. It is not allowed to bring flammable and explosive substances into the office.

Article 3. Unauthorized use of electricity is not permitted; after working hours, lights, fans, air conditioners, and other electrical appliances must be checked and turned off before leaving. Do not:

- Use electrical wires plugged directly into sockets.- Place flammable substances near fuses, electrical panels, power lines.- Store gasoline and other flammable substances in the workplace.- Use electric stoves, induction cookers, radiant cookers, rice cookers, or light incense in the workplace.

Article 4. Materials, vehicles, goods, and documents in the warehouse must be arranged neatly, cleanly, sorted by type, with fire safety distances, away from the roof and walls, to facilitate inspection and rescue when necessary.

Article 5. Parking areas for cars and motorcycles must be tidy and in designated places, with clear passageways; cars must be parked facing outward.

Article 6. Do not obstruct walkways, hallways, staircases; do not block or seal emergency exits.

Article 7. Firefighting means and tools must be placed in visible, accessible locations, not in hidden corners, rarely frequented places, and must not be used for purposes other than firefighting.

Article 8. Everyone must strictly adhere to the fire prevention and fighting regulations. Violators will be dealt with according to current regulations depending on the nature and severity.

Prohibited Acts in Fire Prevention and Fighting in Vietnam

The prohibited acts in fire prevention and fightingin Vietnam include:

- Intentionally causing fires or explosions that harm human life and health; causing damage to the property of the State, agencies, organizations, individuals; adversely affecting the environment, security, and public order.- Obstructing fire prevention and fighting activities; opposing persons on duty in fire prevention and fighting.- Abusing fire prevention and fighting to harm human life and health; infringing on the property of the State, agencies, organizations, and individuals.- Reporting false fire alarms.- Failing to report a fire when conditions allow; delaying fire reports.- Producing, storing, transporting, using, illegally buying and selling hazardous flammable and explosive substances.- Illegally bringing inflammable and explosive goods into crowded places.- Constructing fire and explosion-hazardous buildings, high-rise buildings, and shopping centers without approved fire prevention and fighting designs; completing and using fire and explosion-hazardous projects, high-rise buildings, and shopping centers without sufficient safety conditions for fire prevention and fighting.- Misappropriating, destroying, damaging, unauthorized altering, relocating, covering fire prevention and fighting equipment, signs, and instructions; obstructing emergency exits.- Other acts violating fire prevention and fighting regulations as defined by law.
