Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree 55/2023/ND-CP stipulates as follows:
- The standard level of preferential benefits for people with meritorious contributions to the revolution is VND 2,055,000.
- The standard level of preferential benefits for people with meritorious services to the revolution above serves as a basis for calculating the allowances and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives with meritorious services to the revolution.
The standard levels specified in Decree 55/2023/ND-CP are adjusted when the standard level is adjusted and rounded to thousands of dong.
(Previously, according to Article 3 of Decree 75/2021/ND-CP, the standard level of preferential allowance for people with meritorious services to the revolution was VND 1,624,000)
