In case the passenger is banned from traveling in Vietnam

1. Prohibiting passengers to go on aircraft for 3 to 12 months in Vietnam

Every aircraft operator shall be prohibited from working in Vietnam for 3 to 12 months if:

- Disruptive passengers;

- They fail to execute decisions on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of civil aviation;

- Language threatening the use of bombs, mines, explosives, radioactive materials and bio-weapons in the check-in areas, isolated areas, airfields and on aircraft;

- Deliberately spreading or providing false information about bombs, mines, explosive materials, explosive substances, radioactive substances and bio-weapons causing influence on normal civil aviation activities;

- Use of forged papers for traveling to the aircraft;

- Committing acts of violation of public order or discipline at the airport or aerodrome or on aircraft.

2. Prohibiting passengers to go on aircraft for a duration of between over 12 months and 24 months in Vietnam

Passengers travelling by air in Vietnam with a duration of between over 12 months and 24 months shall be prohibited in the following cases:

- The subject has been handled but still violates one of the acts specified in Item (1);

- Those who commit acts of unlawful interference with civil aviation, including:

+ Illegally introducing an aircraft, airport, aerodrome, civil aviation facilities and equipment;

+ Illegally bringing dangerous articles into an aircraft, airport, airfield or another restricted area.

Dangerous objects include weapons, ammunition, inflammables, explosives, chemical and biological toxins, radioactive substances and other objects or substances which may cause danger or are used to cause danger to human health and life and safety of flights;

+ Provision of information which is so incorrect that it endangers the safety of an aircraft in flight or on the ground; the safety of passengers, crews, ground personnel or persons at airports, airfields and civil aviation facilities and equipment;

+ Intentionally committing illegal acts that endanger the safety of operation of aircraft; operation of airports and aerodromes; assurance of flight activities.

3. Permanent flight of passengers in Vietnam

Permanent flight of passengers in Vietnam is prohibited in the following cases:

- The subject has been handled but still violates one of the cases mentioned in Item (2);

- Those who commit acts of unlawful interference with civil aviation, including:

+ Illegal possession of an aircraft in flight;

+ Illegal possession of an aircraft on the ground;

+ Using an aircraft as a weapon;

+ Holding hostage in an aircraft or in an airport or aerodrome;

- Appropriation and causing riots at airports, airfields and flight control service providers.
