- Position equivalent to Deputy Platoon Leader

+ Deputy Chief of Special Forces;

+ Deputy Chief of Reconnaissance Team to infiltrate artillery;

+ Deputy Captain of teams with an organization equivalent to Platoon level;

+ Deputy Workshop Chief, Deputy Workshop Chief, and Deputy Station Chief of workshops, workshops, and stations with an organization equivalent to Platoon level;

+ Deputy warehouse and deputy warehouse divisions of warehouses and warehouse divisions have an organization equivalent to Platoon level;

+ Technical and professional non-commissioned officers with an intermediate level or higher are properly assigned to the payroll.

- Position equivalent to Platoon Leader:

2. Regulations on the highest military rank and position of non-commissioned officers and soldiers

Regulations on the highest military rank and position of non-commissioned officers and soldiers according to Article 12 of Circular 07/2016/TT-BQP are as follows:

- Deputy Platoon Leader and equivalent: Sergeant.

- Platoon leader and equivalent: Sergeant.

- Deputy Platoon Leader and equivalent: Corporal.

- Soldier: Private.

3. Regulations on organizing the conferment, promotion, and demotion of military ranks and the appointment, demotion, and dismissal of non-commissioned officers and soldiers in Vietnam

Regulations on organizing the conferment, promotion, and demotion of military ranks and the appointment, demotion and dismissal of non-commissioned officers and soldiers according to Article 13 of Circular 07/2016/TT-BQP are as follows:

* For non-commissioned officers and soldiers on active duty:

- Command agencies and units responsible for organizing the conferment, promotion, and demotion of military ranks and the appointment, demotion, and dismissal of non-commissioned officers and soldiers according to the provisions of Circular 07/2016/TT-BQP;

- Students who graduate from non-commissioned command, technical, and professional training will be considered for promotion to military rank before the closing ceremony;

- Decisions to confer, promote, and demote military ranks and appoint positions, demote, and dismiss must be announced before the unit for implementation and addition to records while ensuring benefits according to regulations. determined.

* For non-commissioned officers and reserve soldiers:

- Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Commander of the District Military Command according to the scope of authority, presides over and coordinates with the receiving units; units under ministries and branches are responsible for building specialized reserve units with reserve soldiers registered for military service locally (if any); organize the implementation of conferring, promoting, and demoting military ranks and appointing positions; demoting and dismissing non-commissioned officers and reserve soldiers according to the provisions of Circular 07/2016/TT-BQP;

- Decisions to promote military ranks for non-commissioned officers and reserve soldiers are made once a year on December 22; decide to appoint and dismiss non-commissioned officers and reserve soldiers according to mission requirements;

- Decisions to confer, promote, and demote military ranks and appoint positions, demote, and dismiss must be notified to the receiving units and units of ministries and branches; at the same time, authorize the Military Command of communes, wards, and towns or the Military Command of agencies, units of ministries, and branches to announce in advance the reserve units or invite reserve soldiers to come to the headquarters of the Military Command to deliver the decision; added to the file, ensuring benefits for reserve soldiers according to current regulations.
