Duties of class II census public employees include:
- Assuming the prime responsibility for organizing the formulation of long- and medium-term plans for population and family planning activities in the working area;
- Presiding over the development of projects, specialized projects on population - family planning within the working area;
- Presiding over organizing activities of providing services, consulting, and advocacy on population - family planning within the scope of expertise;
- Assuming the prime responsibility for analyzing, summarizing, and evaluating professional activities on population - family planning, synthesizing, and reporting results;
- Assuming the prime responsibility for organizing activities of professional guidance, examination, and supervision of the population - family planning activities;
- Presiding over and participating in scientific research, application of research results, and scientific and technical advances in population - family planning;
- Organizing and participating in the teaching and retraining of professional knowledge on population - family planning;
- Studying and fostering to improve capacity, expertise, and professionalism;
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Participating in teaching professional skills, population - family planning;
- Studying and fostering to improve capacity, expertise, and professionalism;
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Inspecting and supervising professionally the implementation of population and family planning work in the assigned area;
- Population and family planning professional guidance for collaborators;
- Studying and fostering to improve capacity, expertise, and professionalism;
