Residents in Ho Chi Minh City who go to work or go to the market must have a COVID Green Pass under the COVID-19 prevention and control criteria promulgated with Decision 3328/QD-BCD dated September 15, 2021.
"COVID Green Pass" is a must-have condition to go to work, go to the market in Ho Chi Minh City (Artwork)
Under the sets of criteria promulgated together with Decision 3328/QD-BCD of Vietnam, employees who want to work, people who want to go to markets, supermarkets, etc. must have at least a "COVID Green Pass" (limiting the scope of activities). Specifically as follows:
* For employees at production facilities in Ho Chi Minh City:
Employees participating in production must meet the following conditions:
- Have a "COVID Green Pass" or "COVID Green Pass (limited activity)".
- Tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 (rapid test or RT-PCR) before entering work.
* For employees at working offices of production, business and service providers:
Employees in contact with outsiders: must have a "COVID Green Pass" and remaining parts: at least have "COVID Green Card" (limited scope of activity)".
Personnel returning to work for the first time: at least have a "COVID Green Pass (limited activity)" and have a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (rapid test or RT-PCR) according to medical regulations.
* For employees and customers at supermarkets, shopping malls, mini supermarkets, convenience stores, food and food retail stores:
- Client; department that comes in direct contact with customers (staff in charge of counters, cashiers, ...): must have a "COVID Green Pass. The rest of the departments: at least have a "COVID Green Pass(limited scope of activities).
- Personnel returning to work for the first time: must have a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (rapid test or RT-PCR) valid according to the regulations of the health sector.
- Drivers, delivery staff of goods suppliers: have a "COVID Green Pass", which contains a negative SARS-CoV-2 test result (rapid test or RT-PCR) valid according to regulations of the health sector before entering work.
* For employees and customers at traditional markets:
- Customers, people in direct contact with customers (employees of market management units, traders, regular workers at driver units, delivery staff, assistants,...): must: have a "COVID Green Pass".
- Management unit staff in the office block who do not have direct contact with customers: at least have a "COVID Green Pass (limited scope of activities)".
* For employees and customers at wholesale markets:
- People entering and exiting the market must have at least a "COVID Green Pass(limited activities)".
- Particularly for departments that have direct transactions with many objects entering and exiting the market: must have a "COVID Green Pass".
Therefore, at traditional markets / wholesale markets, both sellers and buyers (with direct contact) must have a "COVID Green Pass", and market management staff and people who have little contact with customers must have at least a “COVID Green Pass (limited activity)”.
For working offices of production, business and service providers, employees must have at least a “COVID Green Pass (limited scope of operation)”, the department in contact with outsiders of the organization. Organizations must have a “COVID Green Pass”, especially employees who return to work for the first time must have additional negative test results.
