Continue to reduce the fee for granting Citizen ID card until the end of 2021 in Vietnam

Below is the notable content at Circular 47/2021/TT-BTC stipulating the rate of one a number of fees and charges to support and remove difficulties for those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam.

Continue to reduce the fee for granting Citizen ID card until the end of 2021 in Vietnam (Artwork).

As a result, the fee for the issuance of citizen identification is equal to 50% of the fee rate specified in Article 4 of Vietnam's Circular 59/2019/TT-BTC from July 1, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2021 stipulating the rate of collection, collection, payment, and management of fees for the issuance of citizen ID cards. Previously, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 112/2020/TT-BTC reducing the collection of a number of fees and charges (from January 1, 2021 to the end of June 30, 2021). Therefore, the collection rate for the fee for the issuance of citizen identification is equal to 50% of the fee rate specified in Article 4 of Vietnam's Circular 59/2019/TT-BTC.

Thus, the fee for granting Citizen ID card will continue to be reduced until the end of 2021 according to Vietnam's Circular 47/2021/TT-BTC effective from July 1, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2021.
