- Photo of the person who is issued with a judicial assessor card (2cm x 3cm), centered under the name of the agency issuing the judicial expert card.

* Contents on the front side, adjacent to the right margin, from top to bottom include the following information:

- National title: "SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM": Presented in uppercase, black, font size 6, font typeface, bold, and at the top;

- Title: "Independence - Freedom - Happiness": Presented in lowercase, black, font size 6, bold font, and centered under the National Flag; The first letter of the phrases is capitalized, and there is a hyphen (-) between the phrases.
