(1) For Continuing Education Center in Vietnam
- Dossiers of educational programs for diplomas of the national education system and the Program on illiteracy eradication (if the organization implements them), the dossier includes:
+ Register book;
+ Education plan of the center (according to the school year):
+ Student monitoring and evaluation book (including educational records for students with disabilities);
+ Recording book;
+ Student transcripts;
+ Book of management and issuance of diplomas and certificates.
- Records of training programs, educational programs to meet learners' needs, and other training programs
+ Plan to organize educational and training activities of the center (according to assigned tasks, each school year);
+ Application of the organization of primary vocational training courses (according to regulations and guidance of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, if the Center organizes it).
- Application of joint training at the university level according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;
- Records of examination and evaluation of officials, teachers, and employees;
- Management book and archive of incoming and outgoing documents and dispatches;
- Records on the management of educational equipment and libraries;
- Asset and financial management records;
(2) For professional groups in the Continuing Education Center in Vietnam
- Education plan of the specialty (according to the academic year);
- Notebook of the contents of professional activities.
(3) For teachers in the Continuing Education Center in Vietnam
- The teacher's educational plan (according to the school year);
- Lesson plan (curriculum);
- Student monitoring and evaluation book;
- Homeroom book (for teachers who work as class leaders).
The above types of records in the form of electronic records are used instead of paper records according to the roadmap suitable to the conditions of the center and the ability of teachers to perform and ensure the legitimacy of electronic records.
The management of electronic records is regulated by the Department of Education and Training according to the connection and data standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The preservation of records on the management of educational activities of the Center shall comply with the provisions of law.

- Students study the continuing education program at the lower secondary level, the continuing education program at the high school level is organized by classes.
Each class has a homeroom teacher, a class president, assistants, and students.
Class president and vice president are elected by students in the class at the beginning of each school year or after each semester.
Students can actively discuss and participate in the planning of group and class activities with the support of teachers.
The number of students per class at the lower and upper secondary levels is not more than 45 students.
- Forms of implementation of continuing education programs at the Center include: learning by doing; online learning, guided self-study, and other forms of learning according to learners' needs.
The form of learning by doing, online learning, self-studying with guidance shall comply with separate regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
