Specifically, the propaganda contents of the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, term 2023-2028, include:

(1) Viewpoints, orientations, goals, and solutions on the development of agriculture, farmers, and rural areas, especially the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, Resolution 19-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the Central Executive Committee on agriculture, farmers and rural areas to 2030, Vision to 2045; Directive 16-CT/TW dated August 10, 2022 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat; and documents guiding the organization of the Congress of the Central Vietnam Farmers' Union.

(2) National Congresses, especially the stature and significance of the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union. The birth, development, and glorious historical journeys of the Vietnam Farmers' Association and the position, role, and great contribution of the Vietnamese peasantry through the revolutionary stages of fighting for national liberation, unifying the country, and building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

(3) Outstanding results in the work of the Association and the farmer movement in the period 2018–2023, especially important results in patriotic emulation movements of farmers such as the movement of farmers emulating good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty, build new rural areas, and ensure national defense and security. Discover and praise good models, creative ways of doing things, typical examples of farmers, and Farmers' Association organizations in all fields.

(4) The atmosphere and activities of the VIII Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union; especially speeches of Party and State leaders and presentations of delegates; The directions, goals, tasks, and solutions proposed by the Congress aim to build a strong Vietnam Farmers' Association and the Vietnamese farming class, promoting the central role of farmers in agricultural development, rural economy, and new rural construction; participating in building the Party, building a strong government and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; the election results of the VIII Executive Committee; and the interest, feelings, and aspirations of cadres, party members, people, and farmers towards the Congress.

(5) Fight and refute false and distorted information and opinions about the organization of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, human resources work, and dividing the great national unity bloc; protect the image of Association officials and members, including outstanding farmers attending the VIII Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union.

(6) Activities to welcome the Congress throughout the country; an action program to implement the Resolution of the VIII Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Association.
