Price stabilization fund for petrol and oil according to the Official Dispatch No. 2293/BCT-TTTN

The petrol and oil price valorization fund is specified in Official Letter 2293/BCT-TTTN of May 4, 2022:

- Set aside the price valorization fund:

+ E5RON92 petrol: VND 300/liter.

+ RON95 petrol: VND 400/liter.

+ Diesel oil: VND 100/liter.

+ For kerosene: VND 119/liter.

+ Fuel oil: VND 0/kg.

- Expenditures on use of Price stabilization fund:

+ E5RON92 petrol: VND 0/liter.

+ RON95 petrol: VND 0/liter.

+ Diesel oil: VND 0/liter.

+ For kerosene: VND 0/liter.

+ Fuel oil: VND 0/kg.

Selling prices of popular consumer petrol and oil on the market

Pursuant to the Official Dispatch No. 2293/BCT-TTTN dated May 04, 2022, after setting aside and not using the price valorization fund specified in Section 1, the selling price of popular consumer goods in the market is not higher than the price:

- E5RON92 petrol: not exceeding VND 27,468/liter;

- Gasoline RON95-III: not exceeding VND 28,434/liter;

- 0.05S diesel oil: not exceeding VND 25,530/liter;

- Jet fuel: not exceeding VND 23,828/liter;

- Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S: not exceeding VND 21,560/kg.

Implementation duration

The time limit for implementation of regulations in the Official Dispatch No. 2293/BCT-TTTN dated May 04, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is as follows:

- Set aside and not use the Price stabilization fund for petrol and oil products: apply from 15:00 on May 04, 2022.

- Adjustment of selling prices of petrol and oil: Due to wholesalers and distributors, but not earlier than 15:00’ on May 04, 2022 for E5RON92, RON95-III, diesel oil; not later than 15:00’ on May 04, 2022 for mazut.

- From 15:00 PM on May 04, 2022, the date on which the Ministry of Industry and Trade announces basis prices in this Official Dispatch to the date on which the Ministry of Industry and Trade announces basis prices of the following period, adjustments to petrol and oil prices decided by petroleum wholesalers or distributors in accordance with Decree No. 95/2021/ND-CP, Circular No. 17/2021/TT-BCT, Circular No. 103/2021/TT-BTC and Circular No.104/2021/TT-BTC.
