Vietnam: Increasing fines for failure to collect fees and charges at correct levels as regulated by the law

Recently, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 49/2016/NĐ-CP on amendments and supplements to Decree No. 109/2013/NĐ-CP on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on management of prices, fees, charges and invoices.

The fines specified in Decree No. 49/2016/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government are increased compared to the previous ones.

Decree No. 49/2016/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government takes effect from August 01, 2016.
