Accordingly, the registration fee rate (%) is regulated as follows:

1. The fee for houses and land is 0.5%.

2. The rate of charge for hunting rifles and guns used for training and sports competition is 2%.

3. The fee for ships, including barges, canoes, tugs, pushers, submarines, submersibles, boats, including yachts and aircraft, is 1%.

4. The rate for motorbikes is 2%. Private:

- Motorcycles of organizations and individuals in centrally run cities; provincial city; the town where the Provincial People's Committee is headquartered shall pay the registration fee for the first time at the rate of 5%;

- For motorbikes paying registration fee for the second time onward, the rate of 1% will be applied.

In case the property owner has declared and paid a registration fee of 2% for motorbikes and then transferred it to an organization or individual in the above-said areas, the registration fee shall be paid at the rate of 5 %. %.

5. The charge rate for cars, trailers or semi-trailers towed by cars and vehicles similar to cars is 2%. Private:

- Passenger cars with 09 seats or less (including pick-up cars): pay the first registration fee at the rate of 10%. In case it is necessary to apply a higher tax rate to suit the actual conditions in each locality, the People's Council of the province or city under central authority shall decide to increase it but not exceed 50% of the prescribed rate. common at this point. - Cargo pick-up trucks have a permissible carrying volume of less than 950 kg and have 5 seats or less, and VAN trucks have a permissible carrying volume of less than 950 kg pay the first registration fee at a rate equal to 60% of the first registration fee for passenger cars with 09 seats or less. - Battery-powered electric cars: (3)

+ Within 3 years from the effective date of this Decree: pay the first registration fee at the rate of 0%.

+ Within the next 2 years: pay the first registration fee at a rate equal to 50% of the fee for petrol and diesel cars with the same number of seats.

- Types of automobiles specified in (1), (2), (3): pay the registration fee for the second time onward at a rate of 2% and uniformly applied nationwide.

6 . For the shell, total frame, total body, and body (block) specified in Clause 8, Article 3 of Decree 10/2022, which are replaced and must be registered with a competent state agency, the fee rate will apply. corresponding registration fee for each type of property.

7 . Organizations and individuals that have been exempted or not required to pay registration fees when registering their ownership of cars and motorbikes for the first time, if they transfer them to other organizations or individuals or change their use purposes but do not belong If an organization or individual is exempt from registration fee according to regulations, the organization or individual that registers the ownership of cars and motorbikes shall pay the registration fee with the initial collection rate based on the remaining use value of the property.

8. Organizations and individuals that receive the transfer of automobiles and motorbikes and establish the ownership of the whole people in accordance with the law, but have previously registered the ownership rights of cars and motorbikes established by the whole people and have registered their ownership rights before, , individuals who receive the transfer when registering the ownership of cars and motorbikes shall pay the registration fee for the second time onward.

Organizations and individuals that receive the transfer of cars and motorbikes establish the ownership of the whole people according to the provisions of law, but the automobiles and motorbikes have been established for the whole people's ownership without prior registration of ownership rights or have no basis. To determine the previous registration of ownership, the organization or individual that receives the transfer when registering the ownership of a car or motorbike shall pay a registration fee at the initial rate.

Note : The registration fee for the above-mentioned properties is limited to a maximum of 500 million VND / 1 property / 1 registration time, except for cars carrying people with 9 seats or less, airplanes and yachts.
