In order to enhance the awareness and responsibility of Vietnamese organizations and individuals, as well as foreign organizations and individuals related to Court fees and charges, the Vietnam Ministry of Finance proposes to increase the Court fees and charges by 60% as per the Ordinance in 2009 and round up the numbers to facilitate the collection and payment.

1. First-instance criminal court fees and appellate criminal court fees; first-instance civil court fees for non-monetary civil cases, appellate civil court fees; first-instance administrative court fees and appellate administrative court fees:
