Specifically, the fee for the issuance of passports, travel permits, exit permits, and AB stamps from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 is equal to 80% of the fee rates specified in Section I of Table 1. fees and charges promulgated together with Circular 25/2021/TT-BTC as follows:
(1) Fee for passport issuance (including passports with electronic chip and passport without chip) :
- New level: 160,000 VND/time
- Re-issue due to damage or loss: 320,000 VND/time.
- Issuance of certificate of personnel factors: 80,000 VND/issue.
(2) Fees for issuance of passports
- Vietnam - Laos or Vietnam - Cambodia border passport: 40,000 VND/issue.
- Passports for entry and exit in border areas for officials and public employees working at state agencies whose headquarters are located in districts, towns and cities directly under the province of Vietnam adjacent to the Vietnam border - China: 40,000 VND/issue.
- Entry and exit passports in border areas issued to Vietnamese citizens permanently residing in communes, wards and towns adjacent to the Vietnam - China border: 4,000 VND/issue.
- Entry and exit passports for Vietnamese citizens to work or travel in China's border provinces and cities adjacent to Vietnam: 40,000 VND/issue.
(3) Fees for issuance of exit permits
- Issuing exit permits: 160,000 VND/issue.
- Issuance of a note to apply for a visa: 8,000 VND / time
- Issuing ABTC cards of APEC traders:
+ First grant: 960,000 VND/time.
+ Re-issuance: 800,000 VND/issue.
(4) Fee for issuing AB stamps : 40,000 VND/issue
Note:
- The ABTC card is the priority travel card of APEC businessmen (APEC Business Travel Card).
- AB stamp is a kind of visa-free paper for ordinary passport holders traveling abroad.
Note:
- The fees for issuance of passports, travel documents, exit permits and AB stamps mentioned above apply from January 1, 2022 to the end of June 30, 2022.
- From July 1, 2022 onward, these fees and charges shall be collected according to Circular 25/2021/TT-BTC or circulars amending, supplementing or replacing (if any).
