Year 2018: Open 05 National Defense and Security Knowledge Training Courses for Subject 1

The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam has just signed Decision 1332/QD-TTg approving the Plan for Defense and Security Knowledge Training (QPAN) for Subject 1 in 2018.

In 2018, there will be 05 courses, each with 70 participants, to provide training for target group 1 in accordance with the Law on National Defense and Security Education and Decree 13/2014/ND-CP who have not yet received training in national defense and security knowledge at the National Defense Academy. To be specific:

- Individuals managed by the Politburo and the Secretariat;- Individuals appointed by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam to hold positions, and National Assembly deputies.

Training content: Implemented according to Circular 38/2014/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense on promulgating the framework program and content of national defense and security knowledge training.

The Prime Minister requires:

- Agencies, organizations, and provinces and cities directly under the central government to send the right cadres, and ensure the sufficient number of participants according to the quotas allocated for each course by the Central Organizing Committee;- Those absent must attend national defense and security knowledge courses in subsequent sessions.

Decision 1332/QD-TTg takes effect from September 11, 2017.
