VNPT Announces List of 50 Divested Units

On April 06, 2016, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree 25/2016/ND-CP on the Charter for organization and operation of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT).

50 units of VNPT implementing divestment include:

Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Real Estate Joint Stock Company (VNPT Land).
Saigon Post and Telecommunications Service Joint Stock Company (SPT).
Telecommunications and Urban Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (ITC).
Post and Telecommunications Service and Printing Joint Stock Company (PTP).
VINACAP Electronics Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (VINACAP).
ANSV Telecom Equipment Limited Liability Company (ANSV).
Vietnam Optical Fiber Cable Joint Stock Company (VINA-OFC).
Hacisco Joint Stock Company (HACISCO).
Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturing Limited Liability Company (TELEQ).
Postal Materials Joint Stock Company (PMC).
