Urgent submission of reports on the results of development and approval of job positions before April 15, 2024 in Vietnam

The Government of Vietnam requires the ministries, central and local authorities, based on their functions, tasks, and delegated powers, to:

Urgently submit reports on the results of the development and approval of job positions of ministries, and central and local authorities to the Ministry of Home Affairs for consolidation, and simultaneously send the report to the Office of the Government of Vietnam for monitoring: complete before April 15, 2024.

Ministers, Heads of governmental agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, based on their assigned functions and tasks,  urgently develop and submit for issuance or issue as authorized the regulatory documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the Laws and Resolutions adopted at the 6th Session and the 5th Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly;

Complete the dossiers, documents, and proposals of the Government of Vietnam to be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly in accordance with the Prime Minister's directions, ensuring quality and compliance with the stipulated deadlines;

Additionally, actively collaborate and work closely with the agencies of the National Assembly during the process of reviewing, explaining, completing dossiers, documents, and reports.

The Ministries of Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, based on their assigned functions and tasks, focus on directing the formulation, issuance as authorized, or submission for issuance of documents guiding the implementation of the Land Law (amended), the Real Estate Business Law, and the Housing Law, ensuring the conditions are met for the Government of Vietnam to report to the National Assembly for early enforcement of these Laws. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha will direct the implementation.
