Vietnam: Updating labor export data on the internet from February 12, 2018

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular No. 35/2017/TT-BLDTBXH on management, operation and utilization of the database of guest worker program.

Units and enterprises involved in labor export must update information on labor export to the website csdl.dolab.gov.vn.

Information to be updated includes:

- Personal information of workers;

- Information about workers during the training, guest worker program, and contract termination;

- Information about labor export enterprises.

Besides, labor export enterprises may perform procedures such as issuance, renewal and reissuance of Labor Export Service Operation License at the mentioned website address.
