Vietnam: Updating 39 new forms used for administrative procedures in religion and folk belief

Decree No. 162/2017/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on guidelines for implementation of the Law on Religion and Folk Belief takes effect from January 01, 2018.

Promulgated together with Decree No. 162/2017/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government are 39 forms used for administrative procedures in religion and folk belief. In particular:

- Form A1: Certificate of registration of religious activities;

- Form A5: Decision on dissolution of religious organizations or affiliated religious organizations;

- Form B1: Registration of annual religious activities or additional religious activities;

- Form B2: Announcement of periodical religious festivals;

- Form B4: Notice of revenue, purpose of using the proceeds from the organization of religious festivals;

- Form B5: Registration of concentrated religious activities;

- Form B9: Proposal for recognition of religious organizations;

- Form B10: Registration of charter amendments;

- Form B24: Proposal to establish a religious training institution;

- Form B47: Announcement of the organization of donations.
