The Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision 1259/QĐ-TTg dated October 18, 2022 approving the payroll of civil servants receiving salaries from the state budget of state administrative agencies and organizations in the period of 2022 - 2026. The state in the period of 2022-2026
The Regulations on the total payrolls of civil servants of state administrative agencies and organizations of Vietnam's representative missions abroad (excluding the payroll of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam), the payroll of associations, they are assigned tasks by the Party and State at the Central Committee in the period of 2022–2026, ensuring that by the end of 2026, there will be 103,300 staff members.
Specifically:
- Administrative agencies and organizations under ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, and organizations established by the Government or the Prime Minister of Vietnam that are not public non-business units: 101,546 payrolls ( Details are in Appendix I to Decision 1259/QD-TTg).
In which, the top is the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam with 63,494 payrolls and the Ministry of Justice with 9,095 payrolls.
- Representative offices of Vietnam abroad: 1,068 staff.
- The payroll of mass associations assigned by the Party and State at the Central level: 686 payrolls (Details are in Appendix II to Decision 1259/QD-TTg ).
In which, the leading positions are the Vietnam Union of Cooperatives with 172 employees and the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations with 113 employees.
Decision 1259/QD-TTg takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
