Vietnam: To annul certain provincial administrative procedures in field of performing arts
Recently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam issued Decision 632/QD-BVHTTDL on the newly promulgated and fully annulled administrative procedures in the field of performing arts under the management function of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

According to Vietnam's Decision 632/QD-BVHTTDL, a number of administrative procedures in the field of performing arts at provincial level have been annulled, including:
- Procedures for granting permits to organize art performances and fashion shows for local organizations;

Procedures for granting permits to allow local Vietnamese organizations and individuals to go abroad for art performances and fashion shows;

Procedures for granting permits to local subjects to invite foreign organizations and individuals to perform art performances and fashion shows in their localities;

Procedures for granting licenses for beauty and model contests within the locality;
-
Procedures for granting permits for approval of phonograms and video recordings of music, dance, and theater for local organizations;
-
Procedures for notifying the organization of fashion shows, beauty contests, models;

Procedures for approving the venue for the final round of the beauty and model contest;
