Vietnam to amend the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation on Aircraft and Operations

According to the Circular, amendments to the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation on Aircraft and Operations (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”) promulgated together with Circular No. 01/2011/TT-BGTVT and Circulars on amendments to Circular No. 01/2011/TT-BGTVT are as follows:

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 1 of the Regulation in Appendix I promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 4 of the Regulation in Appendix II promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 5 of the Regulation in Appendix III promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 6 of the Regulation in Appendix IV promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 7 of the Regulation in Appendix V promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 8 of the Regulation in Appendix VI promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 10 of the Regulation in Appendix VII promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 12 of the Regulation in Appendix VIII promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 13 of the Regulation in Appendix IX promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 14 of the Regulation in Appendix X promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 16 of the Regulation in Appendix XI promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 18 of the Regulation in Appendix XII promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 19 of the Regulation in Appendix XIII promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 20 of the Regulation in Appendix XIX promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

- Amendments to several Articles of Part 23 of the Regulation in Appendix XX promulgated together with Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT.

Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam comes into force as of December 30, 2023.
