Vietnam: Time limit for periodic change of positions in the field of information and communication in the locality

Below is the content of Circular 01/2023/TT-BTTTT dated February 1, 2023 stipulating the list and period of periodic change of working positions in the field of Information and Communication in the local government of Vietnam.

According to Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BTTTT, the period of periodic change of positions in the field of information and communication in the locality is from the 03 years (36 months) to 05 years (full 60 months), excluding the probationary period.

The list of working positions in the field of information and communication that are periodically changed is specified in the Appendix attached to Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BTTTT, including:

- Issuing operating licenses in the field of Information and Communication;

- Allocating, appraising, and managing projects and schemes in the field of information and communication technology.

More details can be found in Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BTTTT, which takes effect on March 17, 2023, and annuls Decision 54/2008/QĐ-BTTTT.
