Vietnam: Supplementing standards for collectives receiving certificates of Diploma of Merit of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy

This is a notable content of the Circular No. 01/2020/TT-VKSTC amending, supplementing and annulling a number of provisions of the Circular No. 01/2019/TT-VKSTC on emulation and commendation work in the People's Procuracy in Vietnam, issued on December 15, 2020.

According to Clause 7 Article 1 of the Circular No. 01/2020/TT-VKSTC of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam, supplementing Point e to Clause 2 Article 26 of the Circular No. 01/2019/TT-VKSTC as follows:

e) Voted as outstanding and typical achievements in the emulation cluster or block when participating in the emulation movement in batches (thematics) organized by the People's Procuracy.

Thus, from December 15, Diploma of Merit of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy will be considered and awarded to a collective that meets one of the following standards:

- Having excellent achievements is commented on in emulation movements launched by the People's Procuracy branch every year, organized by mass organizations;

- Unexpectedly outstanding achievements that affect one or more areas of the Industry;

- For two consecutive years or more, winning the title of "Excellent Labor Collective";

- For two consecutive years or more, awarded with the Emulation Flag;

- Having been awarded the Emulation Flag, in the following year or more, the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" or vice versa;

- Voted as outstanding and typical achievements in the emulation cluster or block when participating in the emulation movement in batches (thematics) organized by the People's Procuracy.
