This is a new notable content specified in Decree No. 108/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on amendments to some Articles of Decree No. 78/2015/NĐ-CP on enterprise registration.
Currently, it is regulated that if an enterprise wants to register to establish a business, it must go directly to the Business Registration Office to submit the application, and to receive the result of the Business Registration Certificate, it can be registered to receive it by post.
However, Vietnam’s new regulations allow enterprises to submit the application for enterprise registration and receive the certificate of enterprise registration or certificate of change of enterprise registration information directly at the Business Registration Office or pay a charge to receive it by post.
This new regulation will make it easier for enterprises to register to establish companies and reduce travel time for enterprises.
