Vietnam: Reporting regimes in cultural, sports and tourism work

Below is the content specified in Circular 14/2022/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 14, 2022 stipulating the reporting regime and the management, use and exploitation of the Information and Reporting System of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam.

According to Vietnam's Circular 14/2022/TT-BVHTTDL, the reporting regimes under the state management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam include:

+ Periodic reports;

+ Unscheduled reports;

+ Thematic report.

The regime of irregular reports and thematic reports shall comply with the provisions of Decree 09/2019/ND-CP on the reporting regime of state administrative agencies.

In principle, requirements to issue and implement the reporting regime include:

The promulgation and implementation of the reporting regime within the scope of state management by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Vietnam shall comply with the provisions of Decree 09/2019/ND-CP and relevant legal regulations and rules in Circular 14/2022/TT-BVHTTDL.

Vietnam's Circular 14/2022/TT-BVHTTDL takes effect from February 1, 2023 and replaces Circular 14/2019/TT-BVHTTDL dated November 29, 2019.
