According to Vietnam's Decree 02/2021/ND-CP, the name plate of civil servants and public employees is rectangular, 20 mm wide by 70 mm long and 1.2 mm thick. At the same time:

- On the left there is a customs symbol, 17 mm in diameter.

- The right side is printed with the name and number of the civil servant in white on a blue background, in which:

Full names of civil servants and public employees are printed above in a capital font with a font size of 05 mm by 2.8 mm (for the case of civil servant names without padding) or 02 mm (for the case of civil servants, public officials have a middle name).

The number of civil servants is printed below in uppercase font with dimensions of: height 03 mm, width 02 mm.

Above is the new content added in Vietnam's Decree 02/2021/ND-CP compared to Vietnam's Decree 10/2005/ND-CP. Currently, Vietnam's Decree 10/2005/ND-CP does not specifically regulate this issue.
