Procedures for modification of personal information in dossiers of people with meritorious services to the revolution at the provincial level in Vietnam

(1) Procedure:

Step 1: People with meritorious services to the revolution; relatives of martyrs or individuals receiving worship allowances for martyrs; relatives of deceased people with meritorious services to the revolution shall apply according to Form No. 26, Appendix I of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) managing the dossiers of the people with meritorious services to the revolution, enclosed with certified copies of documents as prescribed in point b, clause 3, Article 130 of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP (as amended and supplemented in clause 4, Article 13 of Decree 104/2022/ND-CP).

Step 2: Within 12 days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents, the DOLISA is responsible for verifying the information and sending a document along with the prescribed papers at point b, clause 3, Article 130 of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP (as amended and supplemented in clause 4, Article 13 of Decree 104/2022/ND-CP) and a copy of the request for information modification to the competent authority for resolution.

Step 3: Within 12 days from the date of receipt of the modification document from the competent authority, the DOLISA is responsible for issuing a decision to amend or supplement the information in the dossiers of the people with meritorious services to the revolution according to Form No. 75, Appendix I of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP and notifying the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam of the adjustment.

(2) Composition of the dossier:

- Application form according to Form No. 26, Appendix I of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP.

- Certified copies of the following documents:

+ For people with meritorious services to the revolution: Citizen ID Card or Identity Card.

+ For relatives of martyrs or individuals receiving worship allowances for martyrs, relatives of deceased people with meritorious services to the revolution: Citizen ID Card or Identity Card.

(3) Processing Time Limit: within 24 days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents (The specific time is detailed in each step of the procedure).
