Vietnam: Officially halved charges for enterprise registration

Circular No. 130/2017/TT-BTC was issued on December 04, 2017 by the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, providing amendments to a number of articles of Circular No. 215/2016/TT-BTC on charges for enterprise registration.

Circular No. 130/2017/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam amends fees for providing information about enterprises, charges for enterprise registration as follows:

- Charges for registration of enterprise establishment, amendments to enterprise registration, reissuance of enterprise registration certificate: VND 100,000 per registration;

- Charges for new issuance, reissuance, amendments to certificate of registration for branches, representative offices, business location of enterprise: VND 50,000 per application;

- Fees for providing enterprise’s information according to registered accounts at least 125 documents per month: VND 4,500,000 per month.

Circular No. 130/2017/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam takes effect from January 20, 2018.
