Vietnam: Objects of training in fire prevention and fighting in the police sector

Below is the content of Circular 02/2023/TT-BCA dated 13/01/2023 providing for professional training in fire fighting and rescue in the People's Public Security branch in Vietnam.

According Vietnam's Circular 02/2023/TT-BCA, the subjects of training in fire prevention and fighting in the police sector include:

- Head, Deputy Head of Police Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting, and Rescue and Rescue of Provincial Police.

- Chief of Police, Deputy Chief of District-level Public Security in charge of fire prevention and fighting, and rescue.

Team captains and deputy captains of professional teams assigned to perform fire fighting and rescue tasks under the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department; team leaders and deputy captains of police fire prevention, fighting, and rescue teams under the district-level police offices

- Officers in charge of training in firefighting and rescue operations.

- Officers and soldiers of fire fighting and rescue.

- Driving fire engines, ambulances and rescue vehicles; driving ships, boats, canoes for fire fighting, rescue, rescue.

Vietnam's Circular 02/2023/TT-BCA takes effect from March 3, 2023, repealing Article 8 of Vietnam's Circular 08/2018/TT-BCA.
