+ Decisions on the allocation and assignment of medium-term and annual public investment plans of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum not made public;

+ Decisions on the allocation and assignment of medium-term public investment plans for projects abroad of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs not made public.
