The list of administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Health eligible for full online public service implementation includes the following:

• Pharmaceutical sector:

  • Procedure for the issuance of new chemical drug registration certificates, vaccines, bioproducts.
  • Procedure for the issuance of generic drug registration certificates.
  • Procedure for the issuance of traditional medicine registration certificates.
  • Procedure for the issuance of drug raw material registration certificates.
  • Procedure for the renewal of drug registration certificates and drug raw material registration certificates.
  • Procedure for the amendment and supplementation of drug registration certificates and drug raw material registration certificates for significant changes.

• Cosmetic sector:

  • Issuance of receipt numbers for imported cosmetic product notification.
  • Issuance of certificates for establishments meeting "Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics" principles and standards by the ASEAN Cosmetic Association (CGMP-ASEAN).
  • Confirmation of imported cosmetic goods orders for research and testing purposes.
  • Issuance of advertising content confirmation certificates for cosmetics.

• Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy sector:

  • Assessment of compliance with Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) for medicinal plant cultivation, harvesting, and natural resource extraction principles and standards.
  • Assessment of maintenance of compliance with Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) for medicinal plant cultivation, harvesting, and natural resource extraction principles and standards.
  • Assessment of changes and supplementation to compliance with Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) for medicinal plant cultivation, harvesting, and natural resource extraction principles and standards.

• Medical Equipment and Works sector:

  • Emergency issuance of new circulation numbers for Type C and D medical devices serving disease prevention, disaster recovery in urgent cases.
  • Rapid issuance of new circulation numbers for Type C and D medical devices.
  • Issuance of new circulation numbers for Type C and D medical devices with corresponding national technical regulations.
  • Issuance of new circulation numbers for Type C and D medical devices that are measuring instruments requiring pattern approval according to the law on measurement.
