Vietnam: List of administrative procedures to replace in the field of journalism

On January 22, 2021, the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam issued Decision 77/QD-BTTTT on the announcement of administrative procedures to be replaced in the field of journalism under the management function of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Promulgated together with Vietnam's Decision 77 is a list of administrative procedures to be replaced in the field of journalism under the management function of the Ministry of Information and Communications off Vietnam, for example:

Issuance of a license to operate the printing press;
Issuance of license to publish more press publications;
Issuance of licenses to publish supplements;
Issuance of licenses to operate electronic newspapers;
Issuance of operate specialized pages of electronic newspapers;
Issuance of license to publish a newsletter;
Issuance of special issue publishing license;
Issuance of licenses to amend and supplement the contents stated in the printing press operation license;
