Vietnam: List of 11 administrative procedures not resolved through postal services

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam has just signed Decision No. 631/QD-LDTBXH announcing the List of administrative procedures in which the settlement results shall not be received and returned via public postal services.

According to Decision No. 631/QD-LDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam, from May 03, 2017, with regard to the 11 following administrative procedures, settlement results shall not be received and returned via public postal services, instead, organizations and individuals are required not to authorize and to be present in person to resolve the issue. To be specific:

- 03 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the district level, including:

+ Receiving subjects in need of urgent protection into social protection establishments and social houses;

+ Support funding for foster care for subjects in need of urgent protection;

+ Unexpected social assistance for people who are seriously injured outside their place of residence and have no relatives to take care of them.

- 03 administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the provincial level. In particular:

+ Settlement of unemployment benefits;

+ Support for consulting and job introduction.
