Vietnam: Inspectors of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department must have at least 3 years of working experience

This is a notable content of the Circular No. 141/2020/TT-BCA on inspection of fire prevention and fighting and rescueof the People's Public Security forces.

According to Article 4 of the Circular No. 141/2020/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, standards for inspectors of fire prevention and fighting and rescue under the Police Department, the Police Department of the Provincial Public Security Department and the District Public Security Department are as follows:

- Inspectors of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department must meet the following standards:

+ Having a university or higher degree in fire prevention and fighting and rescue; University degree or higher in the field of security and social order or university or higher in the field of engineering and have undergone training in law and professional skills of the People's Public Security;

+ Having performed fire prevention and fighting and rescue work in the People's Public Security force for at least 5 years;

+ Having satisfactory results of inspection of fire prevention and fighting and rescue operations.

- Inspectors of the Police Department of Fire and Rescue of the Provincial Police must meet the following standards:

+ Meet the university qualification standards as above;

+ Having performed fire prevention and fighting and rescue work in the People's Public Security force for at least 03 years;
