Vietnam: Guidelines for registering for a Labor Export Service License via the Internet

Recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular No. 35/2017/TT-BLDTBXH on management, operation and utilization of the database of guest worker program.

Enterprises engaged in labor export services can access the csdl.dolab.gov.vn website, log in to the database using their provided account to carry out procedures for registering new licenses, renewing, changing licenses, or registering labor supply contracts, specifically as follows:

- For first-time issuance of license: Access the "New License" section, fill in the information in the declaration form, and upload the documents through the database.

- For change of license: Access the "Change License" section, fill in the information in the declaration form, update any changed information, and submit the documents through the database.

- For labor supply contract registration: Access the "Contract Registration" section, fill in the information, and submit the documents through the database
