Vietnam: Guidelines for payment for COVID-19 test for persons wanting to migrate

This is the important content of the Official Dispatch No. 5834/BYT-KH-TC issued by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam on October 27, 20 on provisional guidelines for payment for COVID-19 test for persons wanting to migrate.

According to the Official Dispatch No. 5834/BYT-KH-TC of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, fees for COVID-19 test for foreigners working and residing in Vietnam, Vietnamese nationals requesting certificate for SARS-CoV-2 negativity to work and study abroad,while waiting for Ministry of Health and Ministry of Finance to agree on issuing fees for COVD-19, adopt the full price, are specified as follows:

- Service No. 1735: Real-time PCR for germ/virus/mycotoxin/parasite: up to VND 734,000/specimen.

- Service No. 1736: quick test for germ/virus/mycotoxin/parasite: up to VND 238,000/specimen.
