Vietnam: Guidance on data entry of PAR Index self-assessment results into the software

According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 384/BNV-CCHC, on the basis of the approved report, the ministries proceed to enter the data of self-assessment and grading results, verification documents, and explanations into the PAR Index scoring management software according to the following steps:

Step 1: Log in to the software

The sets to log in to the PAR Index scoring management software are at www.parindex.caicachhanhchinh.gov.vn.

Step 2: Enter the result data

The sets conduct data entry of self-assessment results, scoring and attaching verification documents or explaining the results of self-assessment and scoring corresponding to each criterion and component criteria.

Step 3: Review the results

After completing the input of self-assessment and scoring results, the ministries review, ensure that the verification documents and explanation information for each criterion and component criteria must match the content in the approved report.

Step 4: Submit the result

After completing the above steps, the departments send the self-assessment and scoring results to the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam through the software by clicking on the "send" item displayed on the software.

Note: Complete the data entry of the results into the software no later than February 26, 2021. After February 26, 2021, the software will automatically lock.
