Vietnam: Full-day studying in general education

This is the new content specified in Decree No. 127/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government determining responsibility for state management of education.

According to Decree No. 127/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, provincial People’s Committees shall be responsible for satisfying conditions for education quality assurance, applying the mode of full-day studying in general education.

Moreover, Decree No. 127/2018/NĐ-CP also specified responsibilities of:

- Ministry of Education and Training; Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

- Chairpersons of provincial/district-level/commune-level People’s Committees;

- Department of Education and Training under the Provincial People's Committee;

- Division of Education and Training belongs to the People's Committee of the district and related organizations and individuals.
