Vietnam: Framework curriculum on occupational safety and health training in army

Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BQP on occupational safety and health training was issued by the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam on January 05, 2017.

According to the Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, 6 groups of persons subject to occupational safety and health training include:

- 1st Group: Persons holding commanding or managerial posts;

- 2nd Group: Persons performing OSH work;

- 3rd Group: Employees working under stringent conditions concerning OSH;

- 4th Group: Employees not in the groups referred to in Groups 1, 2, 3 and 5;

- 5th Group: Persons performing medical work;

- 6th Group: Persons participating in the network of OSH wardens.

Each target group will have an appropriate training framework program, this training framework program is developed for training classes with a size of no more than 120 people/theory training class and no more than 40 people/practice training class.
