This is the remarkable content specified in Decree 04/2021/ND-CP on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of education of Vietnam.

According to Vietnam's Decree 04/2021/ND-CP, violations of policies for teachers, specifically violations of policies for teachers, will be fined between 10,000,000 VND and 15,000,000 VND. Currently, Vietnam's Decree 138/2013/ND-CP only stipulates a fine ranging from VND 2,000,000 to VND 4,000,000 for acts of failing to comply with regulations on professional training for teachers.

In addition, Vietnam's Decree 04/2021/ND-CP still maintains the same level of punishment for acts of insulting honor and dignity; infringing upon the body of a teacher or educational administrator in an educational institution but not yet being prosecuted for penal liability shall be a fine of between VND 5,000,000 and 10,000,000.

At the same time, in order to overcome the consequences of acts of insulting the honor and dignity of teachers, this decree requires a public apology to those whose honor and dignity have been offended; infringing upon the teacher's body, except in cases where the person's honor and dignity are violated; physical abuse requires no public apology (Vietnam's Decree 138/2013/ND-CP currently does not prescribe remedial measures for this act).

More details can be found in Vietnam's Decree 04/2021/ND-CP, effective from March 10, 2021, replacing Decree 138/2013/ND-CP.
