Vietnam: Fees for printing, duplication, photocopying and sending of information as requested

On May 14, 2018, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BTC prescribing the fees for printing, duplication, photocopying and sending of information as prescribed in Clause 2 Article 12 of the Law on access to information 2016 of Vietnam.

According to Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, applicants for provision of information must not pay provision of information fees and charges but must pay fees for printing, duplication, photocopying and sending of information as requested. To be specific:

- Photocopying fees:

+ Black and white photocopies: VND 3,000/A4-size paper;

+ Color photocopies: VND 18,000/A4-size paper;

- Print of original films:

+ Of a size of 15 x 21 cm or smaller: VND 36,000/piece;

+ Of a size of from 20 x 25 cm to 20 x 30 cm: VND 54,000/piece;

+ Of a size of from 25 x 35 cm to 30 x 40 cm: VND 135,000/piece;

- Printing or making duplication of recording files: VND 27,000/minute;

- Printing or making duplication of films: VND 54,000/minute;

- Printing of digital representations:

+ Black and white printing: VND 2,000/A4-size paper;

+ Color printing: VND 14,000/A4-size paper;
