Vietnam: Equipment for audio and video recording in criminal investigation by forest rangers
Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam has issued the Decision No. 5475/QĐ-BNN-TCLN in 2020 on approval for the Project "Equipment for audio and video recording in criminal investigation by forest rangers and fishery control agencies in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code".

Decision No. 5475/QĐ-BNN-TCLN of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam has approved the Project "Equipment for audio and video recording in criminal investigation by forest rangers and fishery control agencies in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code". In which, the plan for equipping the mobile audio and video recording equipment system is prescribed as follows:
- For forest protection agencies at central level (Forest Protection Department, 04 Regional Forest Protection Sub-Departments, 06 Forest Protection Departments under 6 National Parks under the General Department of Forestry): equipped with 01 set of mobile audio recording equipment, 01 set of mobile recording equipment, 01 equipment storage cabinet and storage of audio and video recording results;
- For local Forest Protection Departments (provincial Forest Protection Departments, Forest Protection Departments): Based on actual requirements in criminal investigation activities, to propose the need to equip recording and recording equipment;
