Vietnam: Application for imposition of anti-dumping measure

The Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP on guidelines for the law on foreign trade management on trade remedies.

According to Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government, to apply for imposition of anti-dumping measure, the written request for imposition of anti-dumping measure shall be required, including the following contents:

- Names and addresses of organizations and individuals producing similar goods supporting or opposing the case;

- Description of the imports subject to investigation of imposition of anti-dumping measures;

- Information on the volume, quantity and value of similar goods of the domestic industry;

- Information on the normal price and export price of goods;

- Specific requirements on the imposition of anti-dumping measures, the duration and the extent of imposition;

- etc.
