Vietnam: Annulling 10 forms in management of food safety from August 03, 2020

This is a notable content specified in Circular No. 13/2020/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam on amendments to and annulment of certain regulations on business conditions under management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam.

Specifically, Article 1 of Circular No. 13/2020/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam annulled certain forms appended to Circular No. 43/2018/TT-BCT, in particular:

- Form No. 01a: Application for issuance of Certificate of establishment meeting food safety conditions;

- Form No. 01b: Application for reissuance of Certificate of establishment meeting food safety conditions;

- Form No. 02a: Description of facilities (for food manufacturers);

- Form No. 02b: Description of facilities (for an establishment both manufacturing and selling foods);

- Form No. 03a: Minutes of appraisal of food safety conditions (for food manufacturers);

- Form No. 03b: Minutes of appraisal of food safety conditions (for an establishment both manufacturing and selling foods);

- Form No. 04: Report on rectification;

- Form No. 05a: Certificate of food safety (for food manufacturers);
