Vietnam: Amendments to the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in the field of aircraft and aircraft operations
On July 2, 2024, the Minister of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular 27/2024/TT-BGTVT amending the Safety Regulations for civil aviation in the field of aircraft and aircraft operation attached to Circular 01/2011/TT-BGTVT and other circulars amending Circular 01/2011/TT-BGTVT.

Amendment and supplementation of certain articles of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in the field of aircraft and aircraft operations issued together with Circular 01/2011/TT-BGTVT and the Circulars amending and supplementing Circular 01/2011/TT-BGTVT as follows:
- Amendment and supplementation of certain articles of Part 1, Civil Aviation Safety Regulations as per Appendix I issued together with Circular 27/2024/TT-BGTVT.
