Recently, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Decision 1238/QD-BTC on the amendment to the list of base prices for calculating registration fees for automobiles and motorcycles.

The amendment to the list of base prices for calculating registration fees for automobiles and motorcycles in Vietnam is issued together with Decision 618/QD-BTC, Decision 1112/QD-BTC, Decision 2064/QD-BTC, and Decision 452/QD-BTC.

For automobiles, under Decision 1238/QD-BTC, base prices for calculating registration fees for 46 brands of passenger automobiles with up to 9 seats imported; 28 brands of passenger automobiles with up to 9 seats produced and assembled domestically; 5 brands of pick-up trucks and van trucks imported; 1 brand of pick-up trucks and van trucks produced and assembled domestically are adjusted.

For motorcycles, under Decision 1238/QD-BTC, base prices for calculating registration fees for 21 brands of two-wheel motorcycles imported; 7 brands of motorcycles produced and assembled domestically; 1 brand of two-wheel electric motorcycles produced and assembled domestically.
