Vietnam: 63 forms used for imposition of penalties for administrative customs offenses applied from December 26, 2020

Recently, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam has issued the Circular No. 90/2020/TT-BTC prescribing forms used for imposition of penalties for administrative customs offences.

Issued together with Circular No. 90/2020/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam are 63 forms used for imposition of penalties for administrative customs offenses, for example:

- MQD 01: Decision to impose penalties for administrative customs offense without giving offense record;

- MQD 02: Decision to impose penalties for administrative customs offense;

- MQD 03: Decision to suspend decision on imposition of fine;

- MQD 04: Decision on reduction/exemption of the remaining (total) fine for administrative offense;

- MQD 05: Decision on payment of fine by installments;

- MQD 06: Decision on enforced deduction from salary or income;

- MQD 07: Decision on enforced deduction of money from account;

- MQD 08: Decision on enforced distrainment of property whose value is equal to a fine;

- MQD 09: Decision on enforced collection of money or property for implementation of decision on administrative penalty imposition;

- MQD 10: Decision on enforcement of remedial measure;
