Vietnam: 5 tasks and solutions to improve the business environment in 2021

This is an important content of the Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 01, 2021 on continuing to perform main tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness of Vietnam in 2021.

According to the Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 01, 2021 of the Vietnam’s Government, to focus on completing the general and specific goals for 2021 set out in the Government's Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 01, 2019 ongoing implementation of major duties and measures to improve business environment and enhance national competitiveness by 2019 and vision to 2021, the Government requires ministries, branches and provincial-level People's Committees to organize drastic, synchronous and effective implementation of the following tasks and solutions:

- Continue to fully, consistently and effectively implement tasks and solutions to achieve specific goals and targets set out in Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP (in 2019 and 2020);

- Focus on directing to immediately overcome limitations and obstacles in coordination between agencies and units;

- Focus on directing the implementation of digital transformation tasks and solutions according to the Decision No. 749/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Mínter dated June 03, 2020;

- Continue to focus on supporting people and businesses to restore production and business, and overcome the negative impacts of the Covid-19 epidemic;
